I think this is because people often consider disturbed mental health as abnormal or mentally ill behavior and that specific person needs psychiatric admission or treatment, but this is not true. In this tough times everyone needs someone to talk to.
In our country if we talk about mental health openly, we get that look as if we are committing crime or else. But let's end this taboo and let's talk openly about mental health. Scientific study shows people with ill mental health are more prone to suicide than any other people in the world. If we can help people with mental health we can help prevent thousands of suicide.

I am writing this article to help people who are in need and help people to understand mental health is as important as physical health. I am requesting all other people who are reading this blog that don't make fun of people with mental health and if you know someone help them.
You can identify people with mental health as people are suffering from depression, low self esteem, social issues, not adjusting with other people, Overthinking. People with mental health problems often distance themselves from other people and starts to live alone. they distance themselves from their loved ones. They have higher chance of getting addicted to bad things which are not good for health. Some people tend to do bad things which are harmful to their body and health. Let's understand how we can avoid mental health and help people with mental health issues. This is part 1 and i will write about solutions for mental health issues in part 2. Thank you
