Welcome back guys to my another new blog! I hope you all are doing great and having good health. As you have seen today's topic. So Before Starting…

If you haven't read the 1st part of  this blog.. Please read it from here..👉👉The Taste Of Mother's Hand. Part- 1.

So Let's Start…

She used to cook a simple vegetable of potatoes, peas and tomatoes, so we didn't have to invite her to eat, we all used to come to eat because of the smell. Now sometimes I wonder how much more food I used to eat when the whole family used to sit together and eat. Don't know what the mother used to cook so well that the relatives coming to the house did not leave without having food of their own request. She used to cook food of their choice for everyone without any laziness.

I also liked the food from her hand very much but when she used to sit to teach me, I felt very bad. My mind was busy with my friends who would be roaming comfortably in the market or standing on some cart eating chaat, laughing and joking and I was cooking food with my mother in the heat of the kitchen. My mind used to grumble that father kept lagging behind, studies should be good, good marks should come and mother kept lagging behind saying that she should know how to cook well, should know how to take care of the house.
Once I lost my temper when my friend's mother came to my house and said to my mother, "Your daughter is already working in the kitchen, I am afraid to send my daughter to the kitchen Don't get burnt". I was filled with anger for my mother and I was thinking how good her mother is. Mummy smiled and said, "Cooking is an art and everyone should know it. How can one get pure delicious food made by one's own hands from outside the market?"
Time just passed like this and then my job, my daughter after my marriage and many other things kept happening. After that mummy also left us and went to God but left her blessings with us. I was also working after marriage and the daughter was also small. Mother-in-law and father-in-law did not live with me because they had to look after their land and property in the village.
Now I was free to hire a cook, but I don't know how my mother had made such a home in my mind that I did not like to eat food cooked by someone else without any compulsion. I loved making hot rotis and feeding them to everyone in the house. Don't know how the mother hidden in my mind used to come out when the festival came and I also started making different things. Just like mother, she used to cook everything without laziness, which she had learned to make by shrinking her nose and eyebrows while cooking with mother.
