Welcome back guys! to my another new blog. I hope you all are doing great. As you've seen today's topic. So let's start…

College days are very dear and memorable days for whole life. New friends, colorful clothes and dreams full of eyes, all this no girl can ever forget. These days were very pleasant for me too. After the strict discipline of school, I also like to go to college in colorful clothes instead of uniform for a few hours and gossip with friends.
was.
In such a situation, the only thing that used to bother me was that my mother would take me along with her to cook food and tell me how it was made. Which girl likes to work in the heat of the kitchen in her free time after studies? Some or the other attraction of the city used to pull me towards it. Sometimes an exhibition was held in the nearby ground, sometimes the occasion of Durga Puja or Diwali came and my friends made a program to go to the market, etc. opportunities used to come. Special food was prepared in our house on such special occasions. Whenever I used to plan to go there with my friends, my mother used to allow me only when the food was cooked.

The food that was prepared at home on festivals was a very troublesome food, that means, instead of straight pulses, roti, vegetables, rice, different types of dishes had to be made. Mother's instructions were received continuously. Beat dahi bade dal like this, make soft koftas like this, make crunchy mangoes like this. Don't know how many instructions there were, due to which I used to fry water in my mind, but according to the custom of that time, we could not oppose our mother. She used to teach and sometimes used to say make it yourself today. It was fine when it turned out well, but if something went wrong, like the spices were less roasted, the dough for halwa remained uncooked, the pitti of the kachori did not turn out to be spicy, then the mother had to be scolded. There used to be one sentence in the scolding that "Now tell me how will your father eat it"? Even if father is eating silently to save me from scolding.
Yes, one thing was certain that the food prepared by mother was very tasty.
