So Ramu had his farm on Vigha land. Ramu had a lot of grains in his field. Ramu used to come to his farm every day to work. One day Ramu was resting under the shade of a tree. Then a cobra snake emerged from the bush. When Ramu saw that snake, he got an idea that this snake can take care of my farm. When the cobra snake will be in my field forever, then at night I will not worry about the field. That's why he gave milk to the snake and with folded hands in his dreams went out to go home peacefully.

On the next day Ramu came to the field and saw that a gold coin was lying in the bowl in which the snake had been fed milk. Ramu became happy. This started happening every day, so Ramu is convinced that the snake has started liking it, and this magical snake is happy and gives me a gold coin. That's why Ramu started giving milk to the snake every day. Slowly Ramu started becoming wealthy.

One day Ramu had to go out of the village with his little one. Therefore, the task of feeding the snake was entrusted to his son. The next day Ramu's son went to the field and fed him milk. The other day he saw a gold coin in that bowl. Then the boy got a question in his mind that if this snake gives a coin every day, then how much coin will be in his stomach? After thinking this, Ramu's son got greedy in his mind. He started trying to kill the snake. The snake also attacked Ramu's son to defend himself and killed him, he dies in a short time.

When Ramu came to the village the next day, he came to know about everything. The people of the village said that your son tried to kill the snake living in the field, but the snake bit your son and killed him. And now we must kill that snake too. Ramu refused to kill the snake. Leaving the funeral rites of his son, he went to the field with milk as before. There he kept a bowl full of milk near the snake's bill.

The snake came out with the smell of milk and said to Ramu. Wow greedy man, I killed your son, leaving his last rites, you have come here to feed him because you should sleep. Ramu said that it is not so, the people of the village want to kill you, but I have saved your life by refusing him. And you are accusing me like this. The snake said that you should have sleep, so saved me for your selfishness. Not at my mercy! If there is greed, there is no mercy. That's why in the last time I give you no gold but a real diamond in exchange for this milk. Then don't ever come to feed me milk after today. The person who could not belong to his son, what would happen to me? Your son was greedy but you are more greedy than him.
