Welcome back guys to my new blog. I hope you all are doing great and having good health. As you have seen todays topic above. So lets Start….

“Who are you, Mahatma? I have never seen a brighter person than you. What happened to me can you explain to me? Had you not stopped me a few moments ago, I would have jumped off this hill. But now I am unable to jump off this hill. There has been a lot of fear.”

Buddha smiled and said,

“When you were about to jump for the first time, there was anger in you. Anger destroys the intellect of man. And he loses the ability to think. That cable wants to do what its mind tells it to do. There was anger in you and your mind was ready for suicide that is why you were ready to jump off the hill. But when you closed your eyes, took a deep breath and opened your palms, the negative energy of your anger turned into a positive energy. Due to which your intellect was controlled and you were able to take the right decision.

The young man said,

"Who are you Mahatma? You didn't introduce yourself."

Buddha smiled and said,

"This world calls me Buddha."

The young man fell at the feet of Buddha and said,

"O Buddha, take me under your shelter. I was going to commit suicide because I wanted to teach my father a lesson.

Buddha said,

“One cannot teach a lesson to anyone by committing suicide. With this body we can do anything in this world. But if this body is not there then we cannot do anything.”

the young man said,

"You are right. But my father has humiliated me a lot. You don't know Buddha, he interrupts me on every issue. He used to love me very much in my childhood. After that he sent me to Gurukul to get education and I got education there. I always thought that by getting ego education, I would increase the honor of my father and he would also be very happy with me. But when I came back home after finishing my education, I told my father that I have completed all the scriptures, Vedas, Upanishads and now there is no one wiser than me. Then instead of being happy, he started saying that do not give the illusion of considering yourself to be very knowledgeable. I wanted to show my father how much knowledge I have studied. I started going to the big scriptures where everyone started getting very impressed by my knowledge. Everyone considered me a great knower. But my father did not consider me wise. He would reach in the middle of my scriptures and keep taking some flaws in the answer given by me and humiliating me in front of everyone. He would humiliate even the friends who lived with me. He used to say that all of them would ruin my life because all those friends used to help me and praised my knowledge. I couldn't understand why he was doing this. Then my friends told me that they do Hingsa with my knowledge. He could not acquire as much knowledge as me, that's why he started abusing me. One day due to my troubles my friends made me drink alcohol. My father came to my friend's house looking for me and when he saw that I had drunk, he raised his hand in front of my friends. And then I decided that I would teach my father a lesson. And what could be a greater lesson for a father than to take care of his young son. Then he will be able to think what mistake he has done. That's why I came here to commit suicide."

Buddha smiled and said, "Tell me one thing, how are you wise if the knowledge that cannot stop you from committing suicide?"

The young man said,

"You are right. Now I am starting to consider myself ignorant. You take me under your shelter. I want to get knowledge from you Buddha."

Buddha said,

"You stay with me for four days. After that go to his father's house. You go to your father's house after midnight and enter the house silently. Then you will get the first knowledge of life there. After that come back and meet me."

The young man stayed with Buddha for four days. After that he went to his father's house with the blessings of Buddha. At midnight he entered his father's house and saw that his mother was in bed and she was very ill. His father is sitting next to his mother. His mother is telling his father that because of you my son has gone away from me. If you had not exercised that much power on him, he would still be with me. The young man saw that his father, in whose eyes he had not even seen a tear till today, had tears flowing from his eyes.

The father of the young man said,

“I never wanted to hurt my son. But he was very knowledgeable and I was afraid that his knowledge might not create arrogance in him. Due to arrogance, man deviates from his path. That's why when everyone was praising him, I wanted to reach there and find those people who would tell him about his mistakes. But there was not a single person who would tell him about his mistakes. Then I decided that I would tell him about his mistakes. But he kept ignoring my words because of his friends. He kept listening to his friends. And one day when he drank alcohol, my heart got hurt and then I thought that maybe there was something missing in my upbringing. I could not be a good father. But don't you worry, I will find your son from anywhere. I also love my son more than you love your son. I looked for him everywhere but couldn't find him.

Mother said,

“My mind says that Lord Buddha has stayed in a village some distance away from here, he must be there. You go and see."

The young man was listening to all this. Tears were flowing from his eyes. He quietly left the house and went back to the Buddha.

The young man said to Buddha,

"O Buddha, if you had not saved me from committing suicide that day, what a great sin I would have committed."

Buddha said to the young man,

“The biggest ignorance in this world is to commit suicide. You have not taken this life yourself, it has been given to you. And you have no right to destroy what has been given to you. Tomorrow morning your father will come here then you go back with him and pay off his debt."

The young man said,

“O Buddha, all my knowledge seems to me in vain. You expose the truth. I want to get knowledge from you. I want to be with you Join me Buddha."

Buddha said,

“When your father comes in the morning, you should talk to your father and take orders from him. And then if you feel that you need knowledge, then my doors are always open to all.
