This is the quote we have been hearing from our childhood but it is hard for us to implement on this in our practical lives. We all know that how important it is to wake up early and be an early riser. But also, there are some habits which we should follow in the morning that can change our attitude for the whole day.
Today, I am writing some of the morning habits that can will improve our day. Some people follow the routine - They simply wake up get ready and go to their jobs but the routine should not be particularly limited to this. When I started all these many of the feelings got improved such as my happiness, productivity, health and many more.
Those golden habits are..
Being an early bird pays off.. Its not easy to wake up early because its people's perception that they are night owl. But once you become an early riser, doing everything done first will make you feel amazing. HOW CAN YOU WAKE EARLY? - You should have a strong reason why? - Make a plan night before. -Go to bed as soon as possible -Don't hit snooze! -Don't take a nap during the day.
Move.. Yoga should be your first priority to follow up as it is mine. Even any light exercise of moving your body can affect your health. There is no hard & fast rule of getting into gyms early in the morning and lifting weights rather prefer to do the easy exercise at home itself. There are many exercising lessons you can refer in online sites too.
Maintain a gratitude journal/diary.. Start your day my writing down the things you are grateful for. It can be 3 in number or 5 or as many as you want. It can be anything such as: -I am grateful for waking up today -I am grateful for everything you have provided me god! -I am thankful for keeping my parents happy. -Or anything…. If you want to maintain any good journal you can buy it particularly for this or you can jot it down on any notepad too. For being creative you can make a DIY journal too.
Expect good things only.. You can only be happy, if you choose to be happy. Choose your things and activities according to your happiness that makes you happy. Always have an intention that you will be happy today. Think this everyday so that your all the upcoming days becomes more happier. Just overlook the good things only and don't react to the bad one. Being happier will automatically lead you to spend your day better.
Listen to the music.. Music is the best therapy for our soul anytime. Listen to the things that makes you feel alive and also force you to sing along. Music can reduce stress and anxiety at another level that you will not even expect to.
Spend time in nature.. Nature has the right way of healing us. You will feel more younger and happier whenever you will be connected to nature. You can do this on daily basis. Spending time in nature means you can take a long walk in any surrounding park letting in the fresh air, taking long breathe can help more efficiently.
