I have always wondered what is the aspect which is common amongst all the successful and renowned personalities across the globe? which virtue do they share?

No matter who they are away they belong from the only thing that have got them to their success is discipline. The only answer to the above question is discipline. They lead a very disciplined and organised a life. So basically in order to make our mind accept the command and obey the orders of the higher authority discipline needs to be embedded within us. Discipline is the symbol of civilization, it is the mark of humanity.

In the primitive society, man did everything as he liked, and the result was Chaos and confusion. The civilized people have a discipline their mind and habits in order to live harmoniously  in the society. Light a body needs food water and all kinds of Nutrition to keep on working, on the other hand armind needs discipline so that it may not be swayed by passions, prejudices and temptations.

Our society and surrounding is built on the principle of mutual help and trust but, if every person refuses to subordinate his own interest to the interest of others the society will eventually plumber down like a House of cards. And that is why we need discipline in all spheres of life. The training should be started on at a very early age in our life. What child should be taught the fundamental basics of livelihood if not then the child likes to commit all sorts of falling in later life but however if we taught them discipline they will be useful members of the society.

Mahatma Gandhi lead a life of discipline and so did pandit and the results are all that we know. The result was that there is to the heights of Glory. Sardar Patel once said, "we do not need and untrained mob instead we need a disciplined army of young men and women." And so on there are many examples of discipline in our country itself.

It is the sense that national integrity can be stated as the reliable and faithful performance of duties and obligations by every section of the people. In a family members have to work as a solid team and the charge of responsible head of the family like our father or may be grandfather. But if we incomplete discipline in our day to day life difficult situations can tackled with the help of family. Even a small day-to-day thing like walking along the road, boarding a bus, buying a ticket from the counter or getting a work done in government offices, these are the indicators of the sense of discipline in human being.

The outstanding Japanese growth and progress after the second world war is a great example of discipline. Their nation was reduced to ashes and since then they have been attributed to the strict discipline which Japanese people possessed and utilised and hence the growth and progress.

Discipline is not nearly a good virtue which adds colour and charm to our personality but it is an essential quality of life required by every one of us. Discipline alone can lead a society forward and make a social life, professional life, and family life a successful life.

Thank you 🌼
