Hie People's I'm Rakesh Kanojiya and I'm just sharing some of my experience to uh , that i think helps you alot.
Couple of years ago in was addicted in Drug's and alcohol for a daily basis. Every day is a same day for me just wake up do drugs pass timing just doing drugs and alcohol , eat and sleep then next day later or later same Routine for a 4 years , My Family , friend and Girlfriend everybody try there best to stop my addition but they can't….soo everyone leave me for leaving my life as i wanted…
One Day i Started wometting of blood , My Mom and dad take me to the Hospital and when i on the bed i though and started crying that was my last day of life…but with the God Blessing i was fine..
Soo i decided That i leave my addiction and Started searching how to stop addiction soo i find some ways that helps me a lot and now thay also help me..in the Starting it was seem impossible for me i hit my self for not go for Drugs and later i comfortable with out doing drugs…
And there are some things that help to no matter are you addict to something or not..but this help everybody…
1️⃣ Working out/Fitness
fitness plays a very important role in our life. That why those people don't working out please start it was good for you health and your mind….just wake up in the morning and Do it no matter how much time but atlest for 30 minutes….(And in the covid -19 or Corona situation i learn one thing that Health is more important than the wealth , So that's why started doing excersise and be a fit and fine…and try to start doing your family members also becoz no one knows after corona whats other virus has come so we need to be prepared for them….
2️⃣ meditation
Meditation is also plays a important role in living the life fullest.and it also Decrease the level of stress , anxiety and depression. and you started feeling happy when you start doing this , You just need to do this..1st Sit in comfortable position with the straight posture and then close your eyes and started focusing on Inhale and exhale everytime.If u beginning try for 5 minutes and when you comfortable with do it for 20 minutes a day and believe me this will change your life , change the way you think , feel , see ,hear every thing..
3️⃣ Getting Cold shower
Getting Cold shower is also play a vital role in Peopel life..becoz after the workout and meditation your body needs cold water to set your mood and body temperature…and cold water also helps to feel good and energetic whole day..
4️⃣ Eat a Healthy breakfast
After this previous points you complete eat your healthy food becoz it can give your body tenergy that you perform better..And Make yourself healthy…and you also know a happy stomach gives you a happy mood…thats why eat good (Breakfast is the important Meal of The day)
5️⃣ Reading book
Reading book is good for Growth of mind and personality , So everybody need to read books i know you say reading books aaah!!!
so much boring okey i agree , Some times ago i also think the same but now i enjoy reading books…it you have not much time for reading or you bored to read so read atlest 10 minutes for daily at means 5 pages per day and 2 months you finished one book .and if u have time then read atlest for 30 minutes ,becoz the more you learn the more you educated….and there is not any side effects of daily Reading soo why you can not start reading…🙄
6️⃣ Listening Favorite music
When you going for work or going to work just listen your favorite music or some minutes and that make your mood and once you make your mood you definitely make your day also…🏃
💌 THIS ARE THE SOME THINGS THAT I CAN ADD IN MY DAILY ROUTINES AND THAT HELPS ME A LOT , THIS ROUTINES ARE NOT MUCH HARDER ,THEY ARE EASY AND ATTEST TRY IT FOR 21 DAYS AND SEE THE RESULT IN YOUR SELF….. I'M GLAD IF U FOLLOW THIS HABIT'S IN YOUR LIFE…
