Appropriate conditions are required for all plants to reach their full potential and prosper.
floors are all important. Everything grows on the ground. With good soil and the right amount of sun and water, everything works. Nature follows her own path. There is no need to interfere. Majestic orcs grow from small acorns.
Will the same oak tree grow in the desert? Does it thrive in small flowerpots? What if the soil is barren and contaminated?
It is no different for human beings. In order for us to grow and flourish to our full potential, we need the right conditions. In our case, you could think of society as the soil in which we grow. What do I mean when I say “society”? I mean it in the broadest possible sense: our families, our communities, our schools, our friends, our government institutions, our laws, our offices, our work, our recreational spaces, our culture… the world in which we live.
Does our society provide optimal conditions for human growth and development?
Does everyone have the right conditions to allow him to prosper ... to be what he always wanted: artists, peasants, caretakers, entertainers, thinkers, Writer, scientist, mother, teacher, explorer?
Is our society like an industrial facility where only one or two harvests are considered worthwhile? A place where rainforests are cleared and give way to profitable and consumable crops. If any tendency to become an artist, explorer, philosopher is suppressed and you support something more practical ... maybe an accountant, an accountant, a banker? If you enjoy it, there is nothing wrong with these jobs. Does society make it easier for people to discover their talents and develop them? Does the school do that, or does our current education system do the exact opposite in a sense? Does it teach the children to ask and think for themselves, or do they teach them to remember and obey the facts?
Remember when you were a kid. What do you want to do at that time? What are you really interested in? Maybe it was long before you had a hard time remembering it. Did you have a natural tendency towards something? Were you one of the lucky ones? Did you pursue this interest for the rest of your life, or did you quit for some reason? Was it suppressed? When was it so important to "fit" and please others?
When did it become practical? When was safety most important? When did you dream of making a lot of money, owning material things, and "successful"? What is success? Have you ever been empowered to follow your true dreams, or did it always seem unrealistic and infeasible? Have you ever been asked what you really want to do in your life? Have you ever asked these questions?
