Drinking milk with food, friends, milk is a complete diet in itself if you drink milk immediately after eating. So it means that you are eating another diet after eating. Therefore, both should never be eaten together, both together can give you skin problems, then no matter how much you are taking care of your skin, just this mistake can mess everything up.
Drinking cold milk, we often drink cold coffee and milk sheikh in summer, in fact, milk itself is quite heavy, and it becomes even more difficult to digest cold milk, drinking cold milk will give you gas, bloating and constipation. There may be a problem, by heating the milk, its molecular structure becomes such that it becomes light and digestible.
Adding sugar in milk, friends, milk itself is very sweet because it contains lactose which is a type of sugar and the sugar used in our house is prepared after a lot of chemical process, it has been seen that by adding this refined sugar to milk, the body does not absorb the nutrients of this milk.
Because of this, people do not even digest milk, adding sugar to the milk from above also increases fat, if you have to sweeten the milk, then you can also add jaggery to it.
Do not drink milk with fruits, with some citrus fruits like orange, lemon, apple and all. But in some cases you can drink milk with some fruits like gooseberry, date, banana and mango. Banana and milk is a very good way to gain weight, but at the same time if you combine milk and any fruit, it increases the load on your digestive system, so drink according to your capacity.

Milk can be drunk at any time, but the best time is only at night, and you also get good sleep.
Which milk did you drink, cow's or buffalo's, if you want to gain eight then you should drink buffalo's milk. Otherwise, you can drink cow's milk.
What to do if milk is not digested, according to Ayurveda, the human body can easily digest milk, but some persons cannot digest it, there are many reasons for this, but I will tell you the direct solution.
So first take only cow's milk because it has less fat and put it on the gas, now add a pinch of ginger powder in it and let the milk boil, then slow the gas and boil it for 5 min, start drinking milk with low quantity on the first day, let your body used to milk and gradually increase the amount of milk and try to drink a full glass of milk for 15.16 days.
