Life is a wonderful journey just like your favorite dish which looks and smells delicious at first but is filled with a lot of different ingredients which we try to make it taste good but it has its own destiny.
We should always feel truly blessed to have a life and be forever grateful for what we have rather than wasting time and blaming and complaining to others of what we do not have.
Life is like a roller coaster with lots of hurdles and ups and down which we need to accommodate with and be ready for our ride , as we know that ultimately it will stop at our destination , all we need to do is be prepared and pull on the seat belt.
Sometimes life may not be good to you or your situations may not be in your favor, days will feel blue and sleepless nights, tension all over and we feel off the track totally
So, the question is what should we do in such crisis ?
In such tough times you may not be able figure the way out as how to deal with it, how to manage and find a solution, how to feel good again and in short how to come back on the track.
There would be days when you wont fell like coming out of the bed, not take a shower, not eat, zero human contact , now a days people try to DIVERT themselves getting into mobile and laptops and certain other ways to run away, but that not the solution. Running away and escaping your problems will only increase it not solve it ever and you will end up blank and depressed.
There is always a part of your soul which reminds you that its going to be fine and how beautiful you are. There are several ways to deal , lets try to explore some :
First you can always find someone to talk to or express yourself completely like Your parents, siblings, extended family or Friends. If it does not feel comfortable always look out for counsellor and don't be ashamed of it.
Just BREATHE and take it easy, go on your terrace or garden and have a cup of tea/coffee and think of happy times

THROW YOUR PHONE AWAY (NOT LITERALLY)
Watch your favorite show and laugh
Hang out with buddies and have fun
Go for a walk or a drive
Meet new people
Make a TO-DO list
Spend Lone time and introspect yourself
Meditate
Trust me slowly everything will fall into places
