So …Here we go..in today's busy life people are getting tenses and depressed as they get surrounded my some or the othe bad or negativity
So here in my this Blog I will share some way to be positive
This habit give piece to our mind as the atmosphere around us is pure and silent in the morning also having long time sleep make our mind lazy
2. Doing exercises in morning
This make our body fit, healthy and free our mind from laziness also according to science do exercises release a hormone which make our mind to feel happy and also maintain our stamina level till the end of the day. Also doing laughter exercise with yr friends or a group helps you to be positive the whole day.
3 Having good and healthy amount of breakfast
Have some fruits or eat protein containing food in the morning. This will help your body to have long time stamina and also increase yr immunity level to fight against disease and we all know that having disease in our body never allow our mind to think positive.
4. Have a company of positive people
Having your surrounding with positive people automatically make you feel happy and make you feel positive. Having such people in your life makes your life meaningful and give solutions to your every problem ones you share with them.
5.Talk to yourself
Every one of as should talk to themselves atleast one time in a day. Talking to yourself sounds crazy but is a amazing way to make yourself happy and positive. Sometimes thare is something that we can not share to other but once we share that think to yourself while taking on front of mirror gives as a amount of relief and we also feel relaxed.
6. Encourage yourself
Onec should believe in them self and always motivate themself in small small things.This helps to have self confidence in ourself and gives us releave from nervousness and onec we are confident enough to handle the things ,we will start thinking in a positive way.
7.Reading books
We all know that books are called men's best friend. Reading books make our mind sharp and give us knowledge.
