7 Interesting ideas that will motivate you today

Depression, a mental health disorder, because of a combination of biological, psychological, and social sources of distress, causes significant impairment in daily life.

Now symptoms of depression vary from mild to severe. Either it may be chronic or can occur as onetime episodes because of some family’s traumatic life experiences.

Various symptoms of depression include:

  • Lack of interest in activities
  • Increased need for sleep
  • Lack of appetite or acute need to eat
  • Anger or restlessness
  • Trouble to do daily chores
  • Inferiority complex
  • Suicidal thoughts

It is a known factor we cannot stay motivated all the time. It doesn’t always last. Neither bathing, that is why we recommend bathing daily. 

If we do the things we like or love, then chances are there to stay motivated for long.

It may crush you to know that you have a lack of motivation. Added to it, this will cripple you from taking any action. 

Some reasons you lack motivation are:

  1. Not clear about what you want:

Either you have a lack of clarity about your wants or don’t know what you want. If you have dreams and focus on that, then that will get you motivated. It will be the easiest solution to identify your goals and concentrate on making it real.

  1. Posture or lack of body language:

People with confidence have an upright posture, head held high, and shoulders slumped forward. 

People with less confidence have close and narrow posture, head held low, and shoulders pulled back. If we control our body’s posture, figure out mind’s needs, then we can get motivated.

  1. Lack of making an identity:

Emotions play a vital role in motivation. Normal human beings, naturally make mistakes. It is part of our nature. Instead of regretting it, try to learn a lesson from it, find a solution, and energize with positive energy.

  1. Aim bigger:

Everyone has dreams and desiresThis desire means we have to accomplish those goals that end up as a crucial element in achieving them. But if we set limits for the wants, then we lack motivation. So, by trying to aim more significant and working on it, we can stay motivated. 

  1. Being stressed:

If we are always under pressure, stressed, or overwhelmed, it drains our motivation for a longer run. Relax, sleep longer, go on vacation, and get energized. If you feel the energy in you, you will feel motivated and try to get better ideas.

  1. Act of delaying or postponing:

When we are not clear about our ideas and desires, then we naturally postpone things. That will lead to a lack of motivation. Instead, you focus on one thing at a time and that will make you motivated and achieve more incredible things. 

  1. Not specific about your goals:

When you leave things too open, then it leads to a lack of motivation. So, give your brain-specific and actionable directions. This focus will drill down and control stress. 

Trying to push yourself is better, as no one is going to do for you. Limiting the challenges will lack your motivation. Instead, challenge your limits.
