Morning Bird Vs Night Owl - Exam Preparation 📚💯

As I recently wrote my semester exam, I conducted a survey among my friends and few college students that when will be the right time to prepare for our exams, some students prefer early morning as right time to study and another set of students prefer late night as their study time.

I too prefer late night studies instead of early morning preparation, let's discuss that which one has more advantage and we are going to discuss with suitable time table prepared by both morning bird and night owl. So this blog is about morning bird Vs night owl.

Let's see the routine of morning bird:

Morning bird should wake up at 5:00 am, and get ready by 5:20 sharply at the reading table and avoid bed and pillows near you because it will make you to fall in love with them to have a deep sleep 😂.

Sleeping again after alarm goes off is a heavenly feel but the morning bird should come out of its nest (bed) to reach its peak (Exam).

So from 5:20 am the study time starts till 5:50 and then take 10 mins break.

During break time, the morning bird may clap hands to improve the capacity of mind and stay focused. Clap your hands will improve blood circulation and it will boost your confidence and also your brain function.

Then 6:00 to 6:30 will be the next session to complete 50 % of chapter 1.

This was the simple study plan made by one of the morning bird, as its favour. But every bird doesn't have the same nest right, so plan according to your routine, I don't have proper plan for morning bird as I am a night owl.

I am very busy in the morning, I want to catch my college bus at 6:40 am so that I used to sleep till 7:00 am during study holidays.

Let's discuss about the routine of a night owl:

I “night owl” starts to study from mid-evening or night  7:00 pm itself and I will relax myself by go to shopping or listen to music.

Before start studying, running for atleast 5 mins will improve your focus and it will avoid your distractions.

From 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm will be the trial session to check that am I having proper notes, if not I will make my notes with in one hour and I will also refer my friend one who wants me to make a notes for a particular question as I will make my notes precisely with valid points which will be easy to understand.

8:00 to 8:30 dinner time and then from 8:45 onwards the real preparation starts.

8:45 pm to 10:00 pm will be my peak time so I don't want to have any break and then from 10:00 to 10:30 pm will be spent with my mobile phone to read all your new blogs, so share your blogs as same.

From 10:30 to 11:30 will be the revision time to recall topics read by me on that day.

Secret tips for you :

  • Be aware that your sleep cycle is maintained properly with atleast 6 hour sleep
  • Don't ever try to push yourself to complete one complete unit within a day, you should read atleast 3 days to complete one unit properly.
  • If you thought that exam is nothing and you have to learn new things then Indian education system is not suitable for you and you can find some other place for your studies and come back to India and serve our people.
  • If you think as usual then start preparing for your exams from the day 2 itself.
