5 Arab Women Travellers That Had Gone Way Too Far.

Women travelers are no exception from their male counterparts in traveling, meeting local people without social restrictions. Arab women are as eccentric about life for women beyond the MENA region.

A country with conflict, where you will see cloak and swimming dresses or mosques alongside Irish pubs, the UAE is different in its way. Even though emirates like Abu Dhabi and Dubai are considered a heaven for emigrants, the UAE remains a Muslim country, and hence women’s rights in the UAE are to follow Islamic Law. It observes a highly traditional culture, alongside the flash and charm of being an emigrant hub.

Women have equal constitutional rights as their male counterparts, but they remain vulnerable in some areas.

Despite of all the hurdles, Arab women have lived their dreams. One such being a solo traveler, wherein a study shows that about 28% of women have traveled solo in most of the country. Out of these women, two-thirds were 40 years old, and some were still younger. Based on this research, we can know that women drive a section of the tourism industry. Most of these women use social media to book tickets, accommodations, logistics, and dining.

Most of the women follow the Triple E’s- Explore, Energize, and Empathize. Some women travelers who made it through their hard times are:
