'Unity in diversity' is a famous saying that we all have heard. But, the reality is, there is only ‘diversity’ and no unity. What?! How can we oppose this saying?! Being an Indian, How can we do this?!
Oh human, it's enough of building up great about our nation. Come to reality, see the reality, feel the reality and understand what happens around. Okay, let me list out few happenings on daily basis.
Indian caste system : The most worst scenario which is a nightmare for many ‘so called’ lower people and a pride for ‘so called’ higher people. Nothing is worse than seeing the fellow human being with some identity which says they are low or high. We all are human, just a species like other in this planet. But what caused this to happen? What made people to even think of treating other people with their ‘so called’ identity. Did God created all these? Or we? Think of the reality!
Racism : We think that being ‘fair-skinned’ as a pride and being 'dark-skinned' is something to get worried! This is equally worse as caste system. We all are human beings, just a creature, accidentally evolved. We see different breeds of each animal according to the place they originate. Like-wise, we are a humans with different features according to different conditions among different parts of the world. We Indians are not even 'white', before british period, we'll were dusky wheat skinned people. From where we got this thought from. No one is superior! No one is inferior! We are all just a creature!
Patriarchy : Many of us think that we people have evolved, we see no patriarchy among our households, we are equal and women are just blaming and spreading hatred on men in the name of feminism. But, the reality is, there is patriarchy in our households till this day, nothing have changed, women have evolved and struggling hard to change all these stupid beliefs and few men help and support women. Not all men are patriarchal and also not all women are feminists. There are women who believe in all these superstitious beliefs stuck around ‘periods, marriage and childbirth’, there are women supporting patriarchy. Dowri system and Indian wedding system is a very big example of women treated under the guidelines of patriarchy. Just research about all these and understand.
Stupid saying : Only two genders are there. This alone can convey the stupid thoughts of some people. Change! Educate! Evolve!
We say ‘untouchability is a sin’, No, it's not!
Untouchability is a crime!
We have to educate ourselves and understand about these stupid beliefs and get out of it. Break the chain and evolve.
We are human beings, just another creature evolved accidentally.
Neither are superiors nor inferior. We are just a living being!
