What is beauty?!
How to define beauty?!
What are the qualities of a beautiful person?!
These are the basic questions to ask a person who gives beauty tips. But, no one does!
Beauty is something that pleases or attracts our eyes & sense and something we feel ‘perfect’.
But what make us feel perfect?!
Is it facial features? Physical structure? Skin color or texture?
Some will say, ‘beauty is not about outer look, it lies inside of oneself’. Then what is the need for beauty tips?
I'm not being offensive to the ones who give beauty tips, there's nothing wrong in it while many loves to follow some tips to get better skin. But the problem is,
when the beauty tips stereotypically points skin colour! I'm not talking about glowing / clear / healthy skin. But, just about the ‘fair & lovely’ kind of people.
Many dusky people try to become fair and they believe that being light shaded is beautiful, while it's not!
What's the reason for them to believe such a meaningless / worthless thing is their own family, friends & surrounding.
When a baby is born with dark-wheatish skin colour, people around sees and makes fun that the baby is dark. They ask the baby's parent to feed / do something to bleach the baby's skin colour.
If the baby is a girl. Everyone acts like worrying by saying,
“Oh God, it's already a girl child, that too dark-skinned, who will love to marry a black girl. Hey do something and make her become fair”
It is easy for one to talk like this from the dumbest society,
But, what is the need to pass it to the next generation?
Atleast, the next generation should learn that, being white / black / brown is not important and being ‘A Human with Humanity’ is the real beauty.
Dear superstitious people, kindly keep all your beliefs within yourselves, please don't affect the next generation.
Already, In India, caste system is in a position which cannot be eradicated for some more decades,
Atleast try to rest the future generation from gender / colour / race stereotypes.
Beauty tips can be for clear / glowing / healthy skin without mentioning the term ‘ugly’ to the ones who have skin related issues and it should be gender neutral to the max.
And…
The main thing is, never ever give beauty tips to change a person's skin colour.
We need beautiful mind rather than beautiful skin / physical features!
