LIST OF THINGS TO-DO
Now , as you can see from the above list, I have a lot of things I want to do in a day, but I also know that I can't do yoga, work-out and dance practice in the same day since I'll be exhausted, so I'll do them on alternate days, such as Monday morning work-out Tuesday Dance and so on .
As a result, We'll have a list of things that we can actually do. We can make these types of list at night so that you are prepared for the next day and may check your to-do list often so that you know what you have completed and what you still have to-do.
Now let's move on to the next step, time blogging. After deciding what we should do, we can categories them by time. For example, after waking up, I'll do my work out and then read my book. Once we've done that, we can time them. For example, my work out will take 30 minutes. I'll usually get up at 7 a.m. and begin my workout at 7:30 a.m. when I finish my workout, it will be around 8 a.m. As an example, you may time blog your activities according to your conveniences so that they are more effective and you are tempted to complete them. Once you have time blogged, you can put it in your Google calendar or set an alarm to complete your task. We are all hopeless and sluggish to perform our work because of this pandemic situation.
