Importance Of Health And Fitness For Busy People !!

Health and fitness is the state of being healthy both physically and mentally , by exercising daily and having a balanced diet one can gain a healthy mind and body . Healthy and clean organic food in right amount and at right time is the key for a person to stay fit and healthy . A sound sleep also promotes good health , taking quality sleep of eight hours boosts our immune system and mental health . A healthy and fit person always have a positive attitude towards life and they live life  to its fullest extent . Healthy person become less prone to the medical conditions . Regular physical activities , routine exercise, yoga and meditation is very necessary for the people of all ages. Foods with high-fiber , low -fat , high protein , vitamins and minerals is the key to good health . For healthy body and mind one should drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day as it hydrated our body and is also good for our skin health . Health and fitness brings happiness in the life and helps a person to love stress free life with full of joy and positive attitude . Healthy person is full of confidence and their mind is very creative as well .

Achieving a good health is not easy today because we all are living in a crowded and polluted environment. But we need to take this as a challenge and live our life in a healthy way . A person is know as a healthy person if he falls ill less often . When a person is healthy he can laugh , smile , sleep well and work efficiently and effectively . We all have heard the proverb “HEALTH IS WEALTH”. Many packaged and processed foods that we consume today have preservatives in them , so we must stay away from them and stick to a natural and home made foods as much as possible .

Our prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi has launched a nation wide movement called FIT INDIA MOVEMENT  to encourage people to stay healthy and fit . He wants us all to devote some time everyday for physical activity and sports so that India becomes a fit nation . Being healthy and fit won’t cost us must , but not being healthy can give us costs of medical bills . So choosing a healthy way of living is a smarter decision . Even Gautham Buddha had said that every person is the author of his own health and disease , so let’s all never ever ignore our health
