My Fitness Journey :)

I have been training for the past two years, and in all my two years was going for the gym as a beginner where I had no idea what I was doing, no friend, nobody, nothing.

So here are the three step process on how I started my journey:

STEP 1: START

Start with what's easiest for you to stick with so what I mean by that is that thing that is easiest for you to ease into reality. Try this way if you just worked out three times a week for 30 minutes that would put you in a whole different level even if you had no idea what you were doing.

STEP 2: PLAN

Get on the plan that suits your goals that you have a goal setting, build all the excitement and interest in working out, whatever you feel would motivate you or get you into that gym put it down so you have your top three goals and whatever you're going to do is finding the plan is the research part and with this entire journey. Planning basically need you to get on a program or create on your own.

Note down the plan for your nutrition because you can workout as much as according to your plan but if the nutrition sucks you're not going to see much results on your body, both the workout and nutrition should be balanced for healthy fitness. Have to understand that your body responds to such foods, such that now it comes natural to you to know. Based on your meal, have to know how much protein should be added to your foods when you've gotten to that level then you don't need some sort of guidance because its in your mind.

STEP 3: SCHEDULE

For processing, moving onto the last step that is scheduling everything according to the adaption of your body and mind. A very important step, this is where schedule meets your lifestyle accordingly workout a schedule that suits your goals and your lifestyle, don't commit to a schedule you feel will give you the quickest results because that's setting you up for failure its not going to work but you want to find the one that will be able to be the most consistent on so that its working out. Repeat it twice or thrice a week for a better change on your body.

Starting working out and live a stress-free life. Grow more stronger :)
