People automatically relate LOVE with HURT, but actually, does love hurts? We all tend to follow the majority and believe that love hurts but it doesn't, in fact, people hurt each other. They hurt each other by lying, cheating, breaking the trust, betraying and we blame love, become bitter, and lose every single hope in love.
It's not the love that hurts, it is the loneliness that swallows our soul, the rejection which tears our heart apart, and most of all the person who left us in the middle of the road.
“Love isn't supposed to hurt. If it does, then it is absolutely not true love” – EDMOND MBIAKA
I exactly know how it feels to be broken. I have been in a relationship for 6 years, with all the promises one can give and assureyou to be the best person in this whole damn world. When you face the same situation of pain and loneliness, how do you start trusting the right one?
It took a lot of time and courage for me to open up again and face the world with a new “me” who definitely was more stronger and difficult to break. Though I appeared as a very tough soul to people I still was not ready to open up my heart, maybe I was still afraid to get myself hurt, not ready to be broken again, or maybe I was loving this new “me” who was tough, sturdy and less bothered.
Never let your past disturb your present. They never go hand in hand, always leave the past behind and look forward with new hope and a new happiness. It won't be easy but it won't be that difficult too. One bad experience can never define what's ahead in your life, in fact, it will make you alert, choosy, and more focused. Do things that make you happy, pray, meditate, build some hobby, sing, dance, paint, or just make reels on Instagram, do whatever makes you alive, just enjoy your life.
You will get what you deserve, which is THE BEST. Finally, I also found the one I always dreamt of, the one who turned my world around. You just need little patience and some time with yourself to heal back and get ready for life's next exam.
At last, never lose hope, love yourself as much as you can because you too are important to your family, your friends, God, and most importantly for URSELF.
