Homemade Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken With Using Pan

Tandoori Chicken

Classic chicken Starter recipe! This grill chicken popular Punjab snacks that can be served with sliced onion and spicy green chutney. This juicy and flavorful chicken will fill you with its delicious and taste make the tandoori chicken dish a must have snacks for dinner party with family and friends. 

Ingredient 

3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of coriander

1 tablespoon of cumin   

1 tablespoon of ground turmeric 

1 tablespoon of pepper

1 tablespoon of Garam masala 

1 tablespoon of sweet (not hot) paprika

1 cup of plain yogurt (can be used as a substitute for buttermilk)

2 tablespoon of lemon juice 

4 pieces of garlic, chopped 

2 tablespoon of chopped ginger 

to taste salt 

All four chicken (legs and thighs) skinless and bones

How to make Tandoori Chicken 

Heat the Spices in the Oil 

Heat the oil in a small frying pan over medium to high heat and cook with coriander, Cumin, turmeric, Pepper, Garam Masala and paprika, stirring frequently until scented (about 2-4minutes). Let it cool completely.

Put a mixture of chilled spices and oil in yogurt and mix with lemon juice, garlic, ginger and salt.

Cut chicken deeply, marinade and cool 

Make deep cut (in the bone) on the leg and thighs with separate cubes and cubes you can easily make to cut. Marinade the chicken cover and refrigerator  for at least 1 hour (preferably 6hours) and within 8 hours 

Cook in the Pan 

Heat 1 to 2 tablespoon in the pan 

when the oil gets hot, place the chicken on the tawa. Adjust to medium the flam.  

After 3-4minutes, turn the pieces. Brush the marinade

Then 3-4 minutes turn it again 

In the Meanwhile, add the red pepper to the small bowl. Mix with oil. This is optional. If the spice is enough skip the red pepper

Apply this red pepper in the Tandoori chicken

Turn them cover. Cook on both side until tender and cook completely. It seems to be too dry. Add some butter to tandoori chicken.

Smoke Tandoori Chicken (This step is optional)

Burn Charcoal and drop it in a cup when it gets hot. Immediately pour 1-2 tablespoon of ghee

Start smoking immediately

Finally cover and smoke for 5-7minutes

Serve the Tandoori Chicken with slice ring onion, Carrot, wedges and Green chutney.

It's very tasty and high protein, so its an absolutely treat for people on a diet.
