A perennial plant with a stretched-out stem, or trunk, that supports the branches and leaves is referred to as a tree in the field of botany. The term covers woody plants that are grown over a particular height and have secondary growth in the form of timber.

This tree is renowned for being valued for its therapeutic benefits. It is incorporated into a number of goods, including shampoos, lotions, and ointments. Furthermore, it serves as a natural insecticide. It can eliminate more than 500 distinct pest species by affecting their metabolism and growth patterns. In several locations, it is also employed as a spermicide.

2. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲

Evergreen tree species like spruce, pine, and fir hold their leaves all year round. The approximately 14 family groups of evergreen trees offer year-round colour to gardens and landscapes. Because of their evergreen nature, woodlands make for stunning winter scenery.

3. 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲

One category of trees is known as deciduous trees; these trees lose their leaves as a means of coping with the dry and chilly climate. These tree species have unusually long lives and grow very tall. According to the placement of their leaves and their variety, this class of trees is split into four divisions. In addition to making corks for bottles, they are frequently utilised in landscaping. Ash, poplar, oak, and maple trees are used as illustrations. These trees are typically found in sub-tropical, tropic, or temperate climate zones. However, the evergreen trees are mostly found in the areas close to the equator.

4. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲

Conifer species can be found all over the world; Antarctica is the only major landmass where they are not present. The Northern Hemisphere's higher latitude boreal forests in North America, Asia, and Europe are home to the largest conifer stands, however they are also widespread in tropical regions.

Their needle-like leaves are their most distinctive feature. Pine, cedar, and Christmas trees are examples of coniferous trees.

5. 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲

The national tree of India, the banyan tree grows in a unique kind of soil and is mostly found in various parts of the nation. In Kolkata, there is the oldest banyan tree. With a height of more than 21 m, this enormous variety of tree has many long branches that sustain it. There are 10–20 cm long leaves. In India, leaves are utilised as plates. Furniture, doors, and other items are made of wood. Bark, seeds, and leaves can be used to treat a variety of illnesses and problems.

6. 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲

In the Hindu religion, a peepal tree is regarded as the most sacred tree. The tree is the source of all oxygen and is appropriately referred to as the cure-all for all human ailments. The peepal tree aids in the treatment and management of all illnesses, including snakebites, Asthma, impotence, and spline ailments. A peepal tree is referred to as a Godsend in Ayurveda.
