 you have to chose the any topic and you have to  discuss with yourself related to the topic topic like about yourself or any social topic this way is most effective way to improve your confidence level try this then you will able to talk with confidence in the front of the peoples.

2. eye to eye contact :

eye to eye contact is the also the most effective way to make the negotiation and and this ability is help you to show you more confident about the topic on which you are going to talk with the peoples. and eye to eye contact is the sign of the leadership quality.

3 . facial expression's :

facial expression is the most important quality express your thought's through the face assume if any girl or any one(stranger) say you Hii or hello then don't get panic and smile slow and talk with them confidently and understand what they want to say.

4. keep negative thoughts away :

when you are talking with any one then don't feel you are less then the other peoples. you don't have to worry about your height if your height is less if your are fair form others don't fell low answer them with your confidence because confidence matters.
