Blog 3:
When best friends turned into boyfriend, things really does not change literally. You try to stay humble to that person who recently became your partner, but you really cannot be that lovey-dovey to him because you are habituated to stay very free to him. So in my first relationship, I did not experience any couple sort of things, like, hearts and petals, red roses, long walks…..absolutely nothing. We started our relationship on 9th of March and soon my birthday was coming on the same month. And as usual Indra forgot me to wish. Ok, he wished after my reminder but I got no gifts…hahahaha…neither I was expecting. And it leads to our first fight.
‘’You changed, my rosogolla"…. he said when he came to meet me for the first time after we got into a relationship. He came all the way from Bangalore for attending a family function. Then for meeting me he came all way driving in his second hand bike 160 kilometer, that too in rain.
It was also raining when I came to meet him, bunking my tution class. I noticed him from the opposite side of the road..6ft height…smiling at me with his broken teeth. “I did not change. You became fat”-I replied. I hold his hand to share the umbrella. He was a stud who never carries an umbrella or a hanky.
"So, what is the plan? Where we are going?'' he asked me spontaneously.
“We can go to south city mall and after that let's see. Also I have to come home within 2 pm or 2.30pm max, else my parents would definitely find out something fishy.'' I answered and winked at him.
I was seeing him after 5 years … my long lost friend who exactly looks like R madhavan at some point. Finally, we reached the mall. For the first time of my life, I went to KFC. Actually I did not belong to such background where hanging out with friends, having a boyfriend is very cool and acceptable thing.
"so? propose me properly, else I will leave'' I broke the ice when we both was sitting and finishing our meal.
"What to say more? you know I love you, right?'' He answered me, blushing.
‘’Hmmmm.'' the most common answer I gave to absorb the moment in me and we continue our meal.
