What is investing in stocks like?
Let us assume that a business man runs a small workshop , But which work's great for him , But one day he decides expand his business , But he has idea but doesn't has that much amount for such big investment, so there comes IPO for his help , initial public offering , where people like you and me offer a small amount of cash to the owner , for which we get ownership of a small part of the company.
When we offer a small amount of money to the owner ,In exchange we get ownership of a small part of the company , In earlier days investor's used to get a certificate of the share of a particular company, Just like the Vegetable markets, There are markets for shares too including Bombay stock exchange and National Stock exchange,Where People Used to Gather at 9 am for buying the stocks they want, But in today's time everything is dematerialized , All thanks to the internet & computers , We can buy and trade share's online and study graph's , Where the stocks you buy is stored in your demat account, And trade in your trading account, But what do we get in returns of Shares ' you had that question in mind as well? when the company you invested in earn's profit , you get a small amount from that profit in the form of dividends.
How the rate for a particular shares grow ?
You must have seen must, Whenever thing is in a limited or less supply its price is higher,
Let's make it more simple, For example the buyers are less and sellers are more then prices go down and if share buyer's are more and seliers are less the price goes high.
What is & nifty & Sensex ?
Sensex is basically the performance index of the other companies for comparison to check if company is in profit or not - Sensex is the combination of 30 companies of " Bombay stock exchange & Nifty fifty is a combination of 50 companies of national Stuck exchange.
When and Where to invest ?
Let us assume for an example, We have a time machine , And we travel back in time, Where you get a cup of tea for maybe some cents or even 1 rupee , But when you come back to the present you will get same tea for about 20 rupes Per cup, The money You save might see a decrease in value with time , But the money you invest will not, That's why investment is so necessary.
We should never invest on anything getting influenced by anyone, There always has to be a research about the company and its graph nature , And you should see when the price falls down and rises, It is good to buy when the stocks are at a low price, Though it's not necessary to buy only the low cost stocks , Invest where you can see the future in, There may be times when you might face losses, but learn to have some patience till it goes in profit zone again , Always sell only when you are in the profit zone, Never panic and sell, but if the graph is going continuously down, Do some research and sell that share, Before the Company shuts down.
Now is the correct time to invest as the market is down , Shares are at a low , You can buy the dip and enjoy the rise with a little patience.
Which platform to use for buying shares ?
There are many platforms such as angel broking , Zerodha , Grow , Upstox
But I personally prefer using Grow and Upstocks as they are simple to use , And also you can open a free demat account on grow and Upstox,
With Grow App I had a great experience here you can study the graph easily ,Set a limit price to buy a stock automatically when it falls to that Price, Sell and also Brokerage charges are as less as 0.05% , I hope this will encourage you to start investing.
You can also invest in crypto currency Buy now when the market is down And enjoy Profits with the rise , But do proper research of the coin you invest in and also study the graph and invest in your favorite coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Shiba inu, Polygon matic, Litecoin, Cardano
