CHALLENGES WHILE WORKING AS A TEAM : 

There may be certain challenges when working as  a team. Let us read the following two examples to learn how to encounter and overcome them.

1.IN GAMES:

In any game the role of each player is important and essential. Success in games is achieved mainly by the combined effort of all players. Do all the players play with equal skills and power? Certainly not.

Each player has different and unique skills.Some play with extraordinary physical fitness. Their strength varies in physical fitness. And there mental strength differs. In this situation the leader has to rightly and analyze the talents of each player and place them in the positions for collective effort in winning the game. this will assure the success of the team . 

To overcome the challenges , everyone in the team  should obey the leaders command and cooperate with him or her.A beautiful garland is made by binding together all the scattered flowers in a single thread. Likewise,a team shines under the coordination of a leader and the cooperation of its members.

2.IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:

During construction Builders work as a team , follow  the instructions and give a shape to the blueprint designed by the engineers. Masons are assisted by a team  of workers who contribute the technical labour to complete the building . Without the help of even manual laborers, the building cannot be finished perfectly. So each and every one's labour is important.

Building materials should be available in necessary quantity.They should be in good quality and supplied without delay.Advanced money should be paid before starting the process.That should be continual electric power supply during construction.

By the right combination of all materials like wood, steel, cement, sand bricks and  with the efficiency of workers,  a beautiful building becomes a reality.
