When I was a kid we used to travel to my naani's house and once while travelling I met a stranger he told me a story about Vikram And Betal that once Betal asked Vikram a question and said if he,ll be able to answer this question Betal will come with him or else he,ll fly back to the tree from where Vikram carried him all along on his back. So the question was ‘’What is that one thing which will always slip out no matter whether you are happy or you are sad'' Sadly, even after many guesses Vikram couldn't get the answer right . SO before flying back Betal told him the correct answer ‘’its time. No matter how rich or how poor you are there is something you can never get ahold of is time, time is the very essence which will never be the same.

The same goes for today no matter how bad the Situation is today it'll pass no matter how low you are at in your life that too shall pass. There is something which you should always treasure and its hope as no matter how the time is it will pass, so if you needed to hear this here it is ‘’THIS TOO SHALL PASS JUST DON'T LOSE HOPE AND NEVER QUIT ON' 

These days have been pretty much hard not just for me but I guess for all of us whether it be seeing the people close to us suffer in pain, or themselves going through it. This year has taken suffering up a notch leaving almost everybody drained of their mental well being and happiness. And I believe its very Important to talk about the most important thing that is needed around us to go through this important phase and that's hope. SO here was a little something for you to get you through this. Just don't lose hope and keep fighting. A little hope does nobody wrong. So, if you see anyone around you suffering and disturbed and if you are unable to help them in any way just help them with this one thing give them hope, a reason to live, to smile, to stay happy, to fight, to return home to their loved ones. You'll be helpful enough. IF we take the responsibility of giving people around us one reason for the same we will be able to help hundreds with their mental health
