There are many people in this world who are always trying various methods for weight loss. But many of them work and many do not. I would like to give a guide of juices that you can take to reduce weight, not only these juices help in weight loss but will also help in getting a good and healthy system and skin.

Here are some of the juices you should give a try:

  • Lemon-ginger green juice: This can be a delicious and vibrant juice that you can add to your diet. Lemons can add a flavour and act as an antioxidant. Ginger is really helpful to boost metabolism. This juice helps to reduce appetite and can help to make you feel full between the meals. To make this juice all you need to do is blend it with the spinach juice and enjoy!
  • Carrot juice: This is a nutrient rich beverage full of vitamin A. It will boost your intake of fiber and make you feel full for many hours.
  • Watermelon juice: This can be a highly sweet, refreshing  and nutrition rich juice. It is also rich in vitamin A and C. This juice will also boast your water content.
  • Green veggie juice: Just blend all the greens like spinach, celery, cucumbers, green apples and some flavour of lemon and have this juice on an empty stomach. It acts great for weight loss.
  • Pomegranate juice: Although this is a refreshing drink, it is low in calories and can help in losing weight.
  • Celery juice: This juice is rich in water. It contains 90% water content. It has low calories and so can be beneficial for weight loss and fat loss.
  • Beet juice: This one is my favourite of all. The only reason behind this is that this juice looks so attractive in color. It helps to reduce the body fat but in addition it also helps in healthy skin. This juice is full of nutrients and can bring a Rosy glow on your face and body.

You can add flavour to your juice by adding lemon, honey. Avoid adding sugar to sweeten the taste.

Just taking these juices won't help lose weight! You should workout till you sweat. This would help reduce your fat and cholestrol present in your body. Not only this but it will also result in a toned body that everyone dreams of. Exercises that you should do are core workouts, yoga, hit workouts and meditation. Just believe in yourself and always love your body the way it is and be happy always.❤
