Dear Reader ,

Hi ! So here you are , reading this....I hope you are doing great , safe and sound .I hope that you have hopes..hopes for a better Tomorrow ..for a better You ...and for everything else .

Having faced a difficult phase in life myself... I have a piece of my heart for you .

I  know there are times that will make you feel broken..that there will be people who would turn the tables exactly the moment you wanted them to hold you..I know life is unfair..I know there were times you would have felt bad for incidents that happened so very unexpectedly.

You would feel like crying very hard ...you would feel like shouting out loud and releasing every bit of that aching pain inside you.You would long to hug someone and tell him what all you feel like.You will be with family , with friends and a lot of people around ..and amidst everybody you will be with a strange feeling of aloneness ...nights will haunt you ..sleep? no sign of it...It feels like that nobody understands ..nobody really cares...you have reached the stage where you cannot even understand your ownself ...Every day is a new struggle ..it seems like a fight ...carrying the shackles of your broken self..hiding all of your pain with a smile and pretending that you are completely fine. NO , you've not yet forgotten the past ..it's still there and it kills you within .You want to hide somewhere ....You want to hide somewhere ....you want to run to a  place where nobody knows you...you want a solution but there lies nothing ahead of you .Sometimes it even feels like giving up .....you are completely exhausted ..no energy ..no driving force..no excitements..nothing..you are fading...You doubt your own existence and hence, everything else is a doubt ultimately.

I know , how exactly all this feels like and literally all at once !

But ..my friend don't lose HOPE ! 

There will be sunrises that will delight your heart . There will be raindrops which will rins -off every single negative particle in you .There will be winds that will blow happiness towards you.. .There will be sweet little things that will seem big.There will be victories and there will be good times . 

Just hold on....I understand you've gone through a lot and it's unbearable but let me tell you at any cost it's not impossible .NEVER.Date yourself . Learn to love yourself .Give more of your heart to everything.Practice peace and kindness. Learn something new.Try understanding what your true passion is .Go play with kids .Try sleeping in your mother's lap .Go hug your dad .Call your friends and tell them what you feel like.Try solving a few things on your own .DON'T OVERTHINK. You will realise there were many thoughts not even worth entertaining . Dress up like you have always wished to.Go make flower tiaras .Speak to birds and animals.GO for long walks in woods.Cherish every single moment you are alive .Practice gratitude .Try broadening your horizon.Try accepting people and things and situations as they are .Binge-watch your favorite movies .GO - give shots to your mmost loved songs.Try speaking to yourself.Know yourself.

Experience this pleasure called living . Embrace it !

Life has all sorts of experiences, some are pleasant while the rest are not.But don't stop .

Let me quote Bunny from YJHD ,"I want to fly , I want to run , I want to stumble too....but..I don't want to stop".

This too shall pass.One day everything will be okay.
