Story of one of my female best friend and i tried to put them into words because i want people to read this and specially women who has been suffering and get motivated
People say HEALTH IS WEALTH , And what made me realized that HEALTH IS NOT ONLY WEALTH BUT ‘EVERYTHING’ is my PCOS that is Polycystic ovary syndrome.
Like 5 out of 1 women is facing PCOS in India. As per latest survey 1million cases every year that most of the women are suffering from PCOS.
Well if u ask me What made me to write on this topic , The answer is : even i am one of the girl who is been suffering from PCOS since last 4 year.
I would like to share my experience in dealing with PCOS bravely and calmly.
When i was in 12th standard i was suffering from irregular periods so i thought to check out what's the problem is ? When i went to Gynaecologist for a check up. Doctor suggested an ultrasound to check ovarian part also suggested blood test, urine test ,thyroid test .Scanning reports clearly showed that small cysts on ovaries. Due to which irregular periods was one of the symptom of pcos. Treatment to this requires a medical diagnosis also includes birth control pills and many other tablets. But i hate taking Pills and i was not much serious and unaware of syndrome. As per the time the symptoms started emerging one by one like pelvic pain, irregularity ,stress ,heavy bleeding, pain during periods. And one more thing is commonly women bleed for 5 days during her periods but i used to bleed for 15 days which was one of the hectic part i had been suffered which caused blood loss, weakness, fatigue, stress. I want to get treated as soon as possible but don't want to take pills due to my negligency the issues were increasing day by day. Still i used to feel lucky that the symptoms usually appear in every women like weight gain ,depression, acnes, hairloss etc etc .I didn't suffered from these kind of symptoms. But now i can say that i get my periods on time and what all things i mentioned about the symptoms are no more now. I changed my food habits, lifestyle ,started taking proper medication instead of pills due to which i think i got little bit freedom from this syndrome.
According to me Things u must take care of about Mental Health , being strong emotionally, Mentally and Physically. If u continously think about a problem then u will never come out of it. Be brave ,Be bold, Be strong take it as a challenge and its a high time u must take care about your Health .Neglegence to this will lead a severe problems in future.
I want to share my Diet plan which i started following and it works the best , the first thing is 1. when u get up start your morning with positive affirmations and self motivation is a key to boost yourself , then drink hot water with any supplements like turmeric, honey ,lemon, cinnamon etc which helps to remove toxicity from body. Then as a breakfast u need to have organic fruits and vegetables only which boosts your immune system and keeps to fit. Then have a good meal as a lunch and along with this add Salad to your meal. Never rest after a meal take a smalls walks this prevent you from weight gain. Include dry fruits like almonds, pistachiois, jaggery, nuts, cashew as a evening snacks after this dinner must include good meal plus salad before 8pm .Continue do this for 1 month and observe the result . Most importantly i used to take homeopthic tablets along with my daily dietary plan. Completely avoid junk foods, oily foods, fatty food items which increase the complexity. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water everyday. Have a good Sleep .Dont stress yourself ,Be calm and chill, Be tension free. Stay positive ,Be happy and finally take care of yourself.
