Story - 2:
It was a dark and moonless night. The shadows seemed to come alive, reaching out with icy fingers. I could feel the demons watching me, their eyes boring into my soul. I was all alone, and I knew I wasn't going to make it through the night alive.
I heard the girl's ghost before I saw her. She was moaning and wailing, her voice full of sorrow and pain. I could see her now, floating in the air, her long white dress billowing around her. Her face was pale and her eyes were black pits of despair.
She was coming closer and closer, and I knew she was going to kill me. I tried to run, but it was like my feet were glued to the ground. I was paralyzed with fear.
The ghost reached out and grabbed me, her hands cold as death. I could feel her life force draining away, and I knew I was going to die.
Suddenly, I was awake. It was just a dream. But even now, I can still hear the ghost's wails echoing in my mind.
