Hii friends, this blog is treat for kulfi lovers and I am going to share my trips to have kulfi with my friends.

Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert from Delhi in 16th century.

We don't want to know the history to taste it. Kulfi is more creamier than other ice creams and also nutty.

Actually we are trio gang, we three friends used to go to so many places to explore so many food items and also desserts. On the row, we used to try many kulfi near our locality.

One day we tried aavin milk shake and we don't like it and then we bought a kulfi from aavin shop and we just gone mad because of its taste and bought 6 kulfi, 2 for each person.

After few days our friend found new shop to try kulfi and milk shake. There we had many options like pot kulfi, kesar badam kulfi, and few more, I forgot some names. There are nearly 10 flavours to give it a try.

Kulfi becomes more tasty on those days because of that small conversations with my friends. 

Now all those trips become memories and friends become strangers. 

But my journey for kulfi never ends, then I tried to make kulfi at home using MTR badam drj k mix. I already shared about my kulfi recipe in my previous blog.

Recently my sister came to our home after some months, with my brother in law. It's nearly 10:15 pm, there is a bell sound and my sister ran to my brother in law and asked for kulfi. I removed my headphones and asked her that what do you want and she asked for a kulfi. I too excited to taste that kulfi.

I went to buy that kulfi by overcome few obstacles. My maternal uncle locked out gate and missed the key, I searched for it and then got it. Then I got that kulfi but it's not that much tasty. I was totally upset. I expected more creamier but it's not.

During my childhood days, I went to my grandparents home and my grandfather bought me kulfi twice in a week.

So friends on my dessert list, kulfi has a unique place. I already shared my craze for rose milk.
