Dosa in 5 minute..
Hi, I'm Pragati and welcome to my blogs I hope you all are happy and safe in this pandemic. Due to the COVID-19 we are not able to go out and have our favourite food. And staying away form favourite is even more difficult. And specially if you are a foodie like me and student also so i know you also love street side foods and junk food a lot .
But now in this cus situation we have to stay in for your safety. And that's why I'm deciding to share my one of the favourite dish with you all and that's a dosa. Dosa is something we never get bored .
So let's started with ingredients.
Process :
First take a cup of semolina and than add half cup of chickpea flour and than one table spoon wheat flour. Before adding water in it. Mix it very well or you can also use a grander to make is mixture little more softer. After one grande add a one cup of water in it and mix it very well. Keep in mind that on this stage that has to not so watery. After adding one cup of water mix it. And then add another cup of water. Take care of this batter that it don't get lungs in it. After the completing mixing process keep that batter on rest for 15-30min .
After that take out the batter and add baking soda and half cup of water and mix it. It should be not much water and not much thick. It should be equal .
After that take a Pan and pre heat the pan for 5 minute. To check that pan is getting heated or not shower same water on it. And then take of the water.

And than take of your dosa on plate and enjoy with chatani and sambhar.
