Today we all are very busy with our life due to hectic schedules for job seekers and academic pressure for students. In order to reduce stress levels or mental pain, exercising plays a very vital role. Even scientifically it is been proven exercising helps to overcome mild depression.

There are various types of exercise which can be performed by any individual on this planet they are as follows.

Running: 

Earlier in the past, our ancestors used to run a lot for their survival from predators like dinosaurs, Tigers,lions. Along with it, they used to travel a lot in search of food. So biologically our bodies are subconsciously meant for running and exercising.

Running is considered to be one of the best exercises around the world the benefit of exercising is incredible. It increases our self-esteem and helps increase our confidence levels in society.

It reduces weight and helps increase the strength of bones. One 30 minutes session of running can burn up to 200-300 calories and its a very good step towards a weight loss journey.

Swimming:

The world's second-most intense workout after running is swimming. Swimming helps increase the strength of our lungs to hold breadth for a long time. Even mastering swimming can help you speak for a long time in one breath as your lungs' capacity to hold breadth has raised to the next level subconsciously.

Swimming even helps increase the dopamine level in the brain thus you start feeling happy about yourself and stay motivated throughout the entire day.

Swimming for 25-30 minutes can burn up to 300 calories and help reduces our weight.

Skipping

This exercise of skipping is mostly preferred by athletes all around the world. Also, it can be done by any average person if he is consistent in doing skipping exercise daily. The benifts of skipping can be observed from tip to bottom of the body. It helps in burning calories at are very rapid rate compared to all the exercise.

Constant jumping is involved in this event thus improving the blood flow across the body. It helps increase the concentration and coordination of the mind and body in an amazing way.

People struggling with their belly fat should definitely undergo the exercise of skipping as it helps in reducing it in rapid wap compare to all other exercises.

Walking

One of the easiest and effective exercise gifted all human begins in order to increase or decrease their weight is walking. If any individual is not able to perform the rigorous exercise mentioned above like running, skipping, swimming then walking is a boon to them.

Walking consistently every day by any individual can come across some incredible benifts of reduction in heart diseases,Increase in bone strength gradually, Helps improve blood circulation to brain and body thus improving moods and helps feel refreshed.

So I request each and everyone to exercise as it said: "Health is wealth".Earning money till age forty by ignoring health and then afterward spending whole money after 40 age on health is a useless thing to be done. Thus consistent exercise is very important.
