This dish is originates among Muslims as history says. Whatever and from wherever it is but it stolen our heart already. One of the most liking recipe in non veg is Biryani.
Coming to recipe making everybody knows how to do it seems. But here is my way of preparing Chicken Biryani, I have recently tried anyways it was awesome. First and foremost thing is my family liked it and had happily, why it matters because that the first time I tried Biryani.

I am not mentioning any quantities, Firstly take a cooker on stove put some oil add spices like bay leaves, clove, etc., after that add chopped onions fry until it turns transparent in order to do it quick add little salt so that it will fry quickly. Along with salt add turmeric powder, after this add a ginger garlic paste and fry it well then add chopped tomatoes fry and leave some time to leave oil from it later add Coriander leaves and mint leaves with chopped finely. It is the time to add spice powders add chili powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Jeera powder, and salt mix well after this add cleanly washed chicken pieces into it and mix it well as that fry should apply for chicken pieces leave for two mins and add some curd, it makes the pieces to turn soft and tasty to eat and mix again, now add complete water how much required to cook even rice and close lid for 5 minutes and take one vessel and open the lid add the washed rice after this leave until it get some little cook and then add some salt which is required for rice and squish lemon juice on this finally mix well and put a lid and take two vessel.
After it get cool open it and mix well by adding some ghee which increase some taste. Now it is ready to serve. Don't miss to try, while writing this blog I am very much tempting to eat, I think You may feel the same while reading have a great experience.
