We see many diets which are focus on what to eat, but Intermittent fasting is all about food timing means when you eat. We all want healthy body and strong immunity system. It seems hard at begining but not impossible. Some of us really work for it to gain desire body and maintain the weight but not everyone gets what they want. Its is mainly because they don't have that much time to spend in gym or to follow proper diet. Or some people just don't know where to start. So intermittent fasting is for those people.

Intermittent fasting is a diet schedule or eating plan that switches between fasting and eating on a regular schedule. It is best way to manage weight and also prevent or reverse some disease. In intermittent fasting you only eat during specific time. You fast for couple of hours each day or eat just one meal for few days a week, can help your body fat burn. There are various ways to do intermittent fasting, but they all are based on choosing constant time periods to eat and fast. For example, you can choose only eating in day time each day and fast for remainder.Or you might select to eat only one meal a day two days a week.

Intermittent fasting not only burn fat but it also affects the body and brain when changes occur with metabolic switch. Also include a longer life, a sharper mind and leaner body. Many other things happen throughout intermittent fasting which can protect organs against chronic diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, age related disorders, even inflammatory bowel disease and many cancers. Intermittent fasting also boosts verbal memory in adult humans. It improves blood pressure and resting heart rate as well as heart related measurements. For young people who can fast for 16 hours tends to lose fat while maintaining muscle mass.

People try intermittent fasting for various reasons like weight management, high cholesterol or arthritis. But it isn’t for everyone. Before trying intermittent fasting or any other diet you should take primary care or check with practitioner first.People who have history of eating disorder, people with diabetes or blood sugar problems, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. People not from these categories can do intermittent fasting safely. It can be a lifestyle change. Because healthy body tends healthy and happy mind.

I have tried intermittent fasting for 11 days. And it has amazing results.
