A girl is the burden of our family. She will also need our protection. She is dependent. She is not considered as a individual, she is a property of some one else. She is not allowed to go out without permission. Going out at night is another question. She should be in her limits. And what type of limits this are?
Women should wear tops having sleeves. If she wears sleeveless then she is considered as not as cultured with no values.
Women should wear clothes with are under the knees, which covers her full body because if she do so, she is protected from that dirty eyes of those vultures roaming outside.
Women's voice should be low. Not higher than man. It shows how decent she is.
Women should sit properly. By folding legs or keeping both legs together. If she sits with slightly legs in relaxed position, she is mannerless.
Women should not stay out of her house late night. It's not safe for them. But the point is, that why should girls still have to face this situation.
A ¼ piece of cloth on my shoulders should not decide that I'm uncultured. If I'm feeling scared of those vultures eyes, even they should not just come out in their shorts and roam freely. If we do not see their open wide legs, then please mind your own business. Don't look at ours please watch yours instead. Yes, Manners are way more important. But if you are allowed to sit in crotch display at your house then why are we not? It's the male ego who says that women should be lower to us at every stage. Whatever she thus, at the work place or when she talks. It's a mentality that is she exceeds them, then it's the matter of shame for them. Women's should come back at home by 7 or 8. The world is not good outside. Is the outside world good for men? Or are those men the reason we are not safe?
Why do such things happen? Not all men do or think the same like this, Some are also good. But the thing is, Are Girls Safe Outside? and to remain safe should they have to be in this limits? Will this limits ever change? Will the mentality of the people change?
