The Blackout: Trapped In Darkness Night

It started with a flicker. The lights in the house went out for just a second, and then came back on. I thought nothing of it, assuming it was just a temporary power surge. But then the lights went out again, and this time they didn't come back on.

I fumbled my way to the front door, trying to find a way out. But the doorknob was stuck, and I couldn't get it to turn. Panic set in, and I realized that I was trapped in the darkness.

The blackout lasted for hours. I could hear the sound of my own breathing echoing in the silence, and the darkness seemed to be closing in on me. I felt like I was suffocating, like the darkness was consuming me from the inside out.

And then I heard it. A faint scratching sound, coming from somewhere in the house. It was a sound that I couldn't identify, and it made my skin crawl. I tried to ignore it, telling myself that it was just my imagination. But then the scratching grew louder, until it was a steady, rhythmic sound.

I tried to find the source of the sound, but I couldn't see anything in the darkness. I felt like something was watching me, like I was being stalked by a predator. The scratching continued, growing more and more intense with each passing moment.

And then, just as suddenly as it had started, the scratching stopped. The darkness remained, but the silence was deafening. I stood there in the stillness, waiting for something to happen.

And then I heard a voice. It was a whisper, so faint that I could barely make out the words.

"Get out," the voice said. "Get out now, while you still can."

I tried to follow the voice, but it seemed to be coming from all around me. The darkness was consuming me, and I felt like I was losing my mind.

And then, finally, the lights flickered back on. I stumbled my way to the door, and this time the doorknob turned. I burst out into the street, gasping for air and trying to calm my racing heart.

I never did find out what had caused the blackout, or what had been lurking in the darkness. But I knew that I had been trapped in a nightmare, a terrifying experience that I would never forget.the end, I had no choice but to live with the cursed doll. It sits on the shelf in my bedroom, watching me with its glassy eyes and whispering to me in the night. I know that one day it will consume me, and I will be lost forever
