Weight loss! A most used word nowadays , yes it's good to hear but the fad diets and continuous starving along with it is unbearable. There are many ways to lose weight like doing calorie defecit , immense workout , altering lifestyle and many more. But as we all are unique and different from one another , the rule applies for dieting too.

Dieting can be fun , it's all about the consistency and trail and error. First of all one must understand their body inorder to lose weight. 

The one diet would have helped your friend to lose weight but it might not work for you, so understanding your body and what works for you is the key to weight loss. 

Here's few tips for weight loss. I can't guarantee weight loss as it varies for every individual, but these are few changes you can incorporate in your life to see the healthy you .

  1. Altering lifestyle can do wonders, count your sleeping hours. An unpleasant sleep is equal to sitting on a system for 8 hours stretch. So have a good sleep pattern make sure you sleep for 6–8 hours straight at any time of the day.
  2. Balanced diet is important, you must have all these in your plate with proper portion size depending upon your size and activity. 
  3. Must haves : cereals /pulses/fruits /veggies in each meal. Sample plate ; brown rice + legume curry+ veg raitha+ bowl of seasonal fruit.
  4. Make sure your plate is colour ful. You can achieve it by adding good amount of veggies and fruits to your dish. If it's colourful then the meal is rich in antioxidants which heals all the stress that your body is going through.
  5. Physical activity , long hours of gymming is not actually necessary when it comes to healthy weight loss unless your too obese.try to incorporate activities like walking for 40 mins or a jog. If time and work doesn't give way for it walk while on your phone, make a move every 40 —50 mins , do stretches. Track your steps for better results, have goal to complete 10k steps each day. Start with a small number and gradually increase your step goal
  6. Keep your stress level under control, do meditation or yoga or therapy or nature walk or whatever makes you feel calm and present.

Yeah ! Try and experience the joy of heathy lifestyle. # Happy dieting
