We all know about ice cream named Kulfi which is very tasty. For some of them, it was a favorite dessert also. It is very affordable prices to buy. A popular frozen dessert from the Indian subcontinent is called kulfi. It is comparable to ice cream but because of how it is made, it is denser and creamier.

Typically, milk is decreased by about one-third while being boiled before being sweetened with either sugar or condensed milk. Cardamom, saffron, or other spices are then added to the mixture, along with additional flavors and occasionally fruits or nuts. After that, the substance is poured into molds and frozen until it solidifies.

Kulfi is typically eaten as a festive dessert or as a cool treat on a hot day. It is normally served on a stick or cut into pieces. Many people throughout the world appreciate this delectable food.

The traditional frozen dessert kulfi is a favorite treat during the summer. It comes in a variety of flavors, including basic, mango, and pista.

But now, let's see here more about kulfi but not as normal kulfi. However, a “gold kulfi” is a novel twist on the traditional delicacy recently featured in a viral social media video.

The video, posted by Instagram food blogger Kalash Soni, shows an Indore street vendor wrapping a kulfi in a "24-carat" gold leaf. Prakash Kulfi, the vendor, is dressed in gold jewels as he serves the dessert. According to Soni, the gold Kulfi costs only Rs 351.

The video, which was posted on April 14, has received over 728k views, 41k likes, and several comments. Some viewers found the idea of a gold kulfi appealing, while others criticize it as a waste of money. One commentator even argues that the edible gold used isn't real, claiming it's "not even half a carat."

Edible gold is a relatively new food fad that is frequently utilized as a rich adornment in high-end desserts and drinks. Gold leaf is a popular edible gold product that is manufactured by hammering gold into thin sheets. The sheets are frequently used to decorate meals and beverages, adding a visually appealing and sumptuous touch.

Gold used in food must meet strict safety criteria and be impurity-free. While 24-carat gold is the purest form, it is not always practical or necessary for food use. Gold is sometimes alloyed with other metals to make it more pliable and acceptable for use in cuisine.

                                       HOPE YOU ALL LIKE IT.
