There are many things in the journey of life to be grateful and joyful. Even being alive is something to be Thankful. Life exist between the first breath that gives us birth and the last breath that takes breath out of us. we can inhale joy in every breath of life. our life on earth is almost interdependent. we are all depend on whole ecosystem like nature and each others. we all share our sorrows and every moment of happiness of life with our loved once. everything that we consume, use and enjoy in our daily life, they are all comes from nature and the efforts from others. if we are mindfully aware, we are blissful, gracefully gleeful, overwhelmed with gratitude. Happiness flows out from the core of our heart, by natural instant and effortlessly. it is not a cultivated emotional response. Formal “thank you” may not be that much important, when true happiness overflows without forethought as simplest form of gratitude. Happiness blossoms out of being thankful when we are appreciative life's Splendours. being grateful is a beautiful way to be receptive. it delights those who give and those who take. everyday the Sun rises in the east and sets in the west. we may look at sun rise and sun set in awe and wonder and feel energised, thankful and joyful. one day, when the sun rise, we may not be alive. we know the value of air when we have lack of oxygen. we forget to value of water, until, we are not thirsty. we are thankful to God and farmers for food, when we are hungry. Gratitude is a positive response to someone who shows kindness in some way.
but, being grateful or ungrateful can be option in your life. it is an attitude and a way of life. we can be thankful for the gift of life or ungrateful. either we can appreciate all that is around in the nature, like biodiversity, tress, flora and fauna. singing of bird can motivate some writers to write pomes and songs, tuning. some are thankful to the birds for their tweets. some may relax listening to the babbling brook sounds. some get delighted watching a cascading waterfall, enjoy fresh scent of flowers or a pine of wood forest.
Basically, I just wanna say that having Gratitude is a natural feeling of happiness flowing out from within.
