Today, I was making kimchi so , I thought why not write the recip of kimchi in the blog .
Kimchi is a Korean dish and it is one of my favorite dishes and I love it so much.
It has so many health benefits and good for health. It has low in fat
INGREDIENTS:-
Try this given below recipe of kimchi in your home: -
RECIPE OF Korean dish:-
First, you have to take 500 gm of Chinese cabbage called Napa cabbage or you can use Indian cabbage also.
· Cut the cabbage lengthwise into quarters then, cut the cores from each quarter and crosswise into 2 -inch wide strips.
· Then, scatter the salt according to your taste.
· Then, take water in a large container or bowl and place the salted quarters of cabbage in it.
Note:- take Enough water to cover the cabbage.
· Then, put a plate on the top of the cabbage and put something heavy on the top of the plate.
·Now, set it aside for 2-3 hours to become soft.
2. MAKE A PASTE OF SPICES :-
· Take a pen And one tablespoon of rice flour in it.
· Then, add a cup of water and cook it till It thickens, after thickens, Put it in a bowl.
· Now, Add 1/4 cup of Korean red chili powder.
1 ½ tablespoon of garlic paste.
1 inch scuff ginger piece.
2 tablespoon of fish sauce.
2 tablespoon of Castor sugar
Now , mix it properly.
· Then, Cut 70 grams of white radish, 2 spring onions and 6 – 8 chives Into a little small pieces.
· Now, mix it well into spices paste.
3. Now, rinse the cabbage under fresh water And set aside to Drain the water.
4. Now, apply Spices- vegetable Paste in each letter of cabbage with your hands until they are completely coded.
5. Now, Pack this into the jar and put it aside for 1 – 2 days and let it ferment.
Now , you can enjoy your tasty dish prepared by you😇
