Hello and welcome back to my blog. I hope you all are doing good and had a great weekend. By the title it is very clear that I'm going to talk about productivity and unproductivity feeling. Yes it is difficult to understand and explain when it comes to feeling i know but still I am trying my best to convey what i was feeling and how I came out of it.
Have you ever come across a day where you have felt accomplished by doing all the things in your to do list for the day and you feel everything is going right aa per the plan. It is the time you will feel the most organised. It is the time when you feel like doing more and more work since you are done with whatever was scheduled. You know the feeling I'm talking about you cannot feel any better and there's no limit to your joy.
But what about the time when we are not productive. No one talks about the feeling of unproductivity. The feeling of not doing anything. Nothing feels exciting, the plan's fail, the schedule is messy. It is the time in a day we feel our life is falling apart and you can't control it. You feel angry and anxious. This anxiety is the proof that you are not a loser. You are going to be back. Your anxiety exist because you were not able to do something that you want to achieve. Be it a daily goal also you want that feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction at the end of the day when you go to bed. So don't feel amy less for yourself if you weren't able to make it on a particular day see through your entire day and mistakes you made. Plan out your next day without those mistakes and trust me you will be able to do it.
I am saying this because i myself have experienced it. I am pretty organised with my next day schedule.but there are days where I have things planned and i can't make it. And at the end of the day i am all dull and lazy. Feeling like i have lost a day and an opportunity but then what is my next dy motivation. The next day itself, yes it motivates me i see another chance and another dy to shine and feel accomplished.
I hope you found this related and helpful.
Thank you
