There is no doubt that she is the epitome of power. What young people can learn from her is that you can always be brave and believe in yourself. She is paralyzed( Chest below paralyzed) and has enough energy to break all social norms. Deepa is the first Indian woman to ever win a medal at the paralympic games. With a good performance of 4.61 meters she won the Silver medal in Shot Put and placed the F53 category. She was honored with the Arjuna Award, and was also awarded the prestigious Padma Shri Award. To date Deepa has won 58 national and 23 international medal in all competitions.
One should always look at the positive side, this is a popular saying. Dipa started exercising when she was only 6 years old. She has flat feet that affected performance and is an undesirable physical feature in a gymnast. The amazing truth is that with regular practice and training, she was able to build an arch at her feet. Dipa became the first Indian woman to win a gymnastics medal at the 2014 Commonwealth games. At the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup, she became the first Indian athlete to win a gold medal at an international event. Young people never give up hope and remember like Dipa, always believe in yourself and focus on your strengths.
MC Mary Kom is a sports legend and what young people can learn from her patience and perseverance. Many of us may not even dream of what we have achieved. Kom has faced many struggles from childhood and adolescence as well. But she did not stop and do all her work. And today after facing all the challenges firmly she is the most successful boxer in the history of world Championship between men and women.And you can set an amazing new standard for amateur boxing. She has also received various awards such as Padma Bhushan(Sports), Arjuna Award(Boxing) and Padma Shri(Sports) and many more. She is truly the wonderful Boxer.
The queen of badminton is another Indian girl who is of course an inspiration to all the youth. And what young people learn from her is the way she can spread the positivity, and stay calm. As she also started playing badminton at the age of only 8 years. She has won double titles in the Sub-Junior Nationals in the under-13 category, and won a Gold Medal in the under-14 category. Another success is at the age of 17, she won the Asian Junior Championship. She recently became the first Indian to win a gold medal at the Badminton World Championship. Sindhu has always proved her worth as an ace badminton player in every category.
