Smile cause everything is okay! Smile if nothing is okay…keep smiling no matter what! Humour should be the part and parcel of life as well known quote says “A day without laughter is a day wasted”! Every individual must have some amount of “Sense Of umour” which will keep his/her fellow mates happy and comfortable.
There are very few people who don't have sense of humour, you cannot have a grumpy face throughout and you should not also. A person with humorous personality is more likely to lead a happier and a healthier life. When you laugh, you release out the stress, tension, anxiety and feel all the way more relaxed! Humour is such a factor which helps to control human health and emotions!
I have seen people visiting laughter clubs in order to laugh, seems strange!!! Well, I'm not against the habit but just want say that laugh naturally, forcing yourself to laugh is not good idea according to me as forced things does not supply apt results! So laugh naturally, laugh at small things and no one perfect so if possible at times laugh at yourself too!!!
While I was just thinking, something really good striked to my mind:
Michael owns giraffe as his pet
Brings a unicycle on debt!!!
Michael gifts giraffe a unicycle
Giraffe on a unicycle gives it a title!!!
Giraffe tries hard to ride it…
Michael says “do it fast as I still have to knit”
The poor giraffe being fired….
And then gets tired!!!
Extremely pleads for water…..
Thereby, imagines to be shorter!!!
Tall legs find it difficult to pedal
Oh! Then it stumbles!!!
Tries again facing the trouble….
Finally learns to cycle and overcomes the struggle!!!
Michael applauds for the hardwork
Stresses on the points where it has to do some homework!!!
I hope that the above lines made you smile a bit!
In day to day life, children's are burdened with exams and studies, college goers are stressed out due to competition and results. Adults are worried about their jobs, earnings and their families. In all the above busy schedules, take time for yourself and smile! You will understand the importance of humour once you start to apply it. There are many studies and theories that prove the importance of humour in one's life, instead of stating one by one which will surely have no ends, I would just like to say that humour improves your overall quality of life! As per my knowledge, humorous people have optimistic mind, control over anxiety and are good at social interactions.
If I go on explaining the benefits and importance of humour, then it's quite difficult to put a full stop to it.
Keep smiling 😁
