Some of us prefer simple chicken recipes which are tasty and easy to cook within few minutes.
Today I would like to share a recipe which is very easy to cook and you can have it with any type of bread ,chapati, or even rice.
You can also try some other ingredients with this which can increase your cooking skills too. 😊
You need a good amount of chicken pieces for this which could be boneless or with bones. You need some Kasaudi methi , half a cup of milk, salt to taste, a little bit of oil for taste, drinking water about half your cooking pan or according to the amount you want for gravy.
First of all, you need to wash the chicken and keep in a bowl. Take the cooking pan and take about half pan filled with water and give it to boil at sim flame.
Now put the chicken pieces in the cooking bowl and let it boil. Then add the milk, salt, Kasaudi methi about half cup, and you can also add some black pepper in it.
Now let the whole mixture boil , you can also cut the pieces of green chilies and add to the broth.
Now leave it until the chicken gets completely boiled for about 20 minutes. Add water if you want some more broth. For thickness you can add some flour also.
After the cooking is done keep it covered for about 15 minutes .
Then you can enjoy the chicken with bread toast. Some also like to add some garlic butter in the chicken recipe . Or you can also add the butter on the toasted bread.
Now with plain chapati or some hot freshly cooked rice, it feels to have this chicken recipe.
I have tried this recipe many a times with some hot rice and some salad.
Even people who do not like to have bread or chapati or rice, can make it in the form of clear soup without the mil or flour. The look will be different but it can serve as a great soupy recipe.
