India stands out of the crowd and has always achieved the limelight because of the culture and traditions it inherits. Our culture is a gift from our ancestors which is like adding a gem to a jewellery making it a way more precious. Our practice of joining the hands and saying “namaste” is highly appreciated worldwide and we as Indians will continue to do that as we believe that actions speaks louder than words.

From east to west, north to south, people in India speak different languages, celebrate numerous festivals, wear colorful and adorable dresses and coming to the food is undoubtedly appetising. Each state holds it's own speciality and are amazing in their own way, the specialities that has no ends. So here, I just want to throw a light on some of its major specialities.

•Andhra Pradesh: Rivers and temples

•Assam: Tea and silk

•Bihar: Temples and paintings

•West Bengal: Terracotta temples and food

This reminds me of the quotation “Together we stand, divided we fall”. It's true that India is a developing country but it's far more developed in its culture. There's no other country like India. The beauty and the creativity it possess makes everyone go awestruck! To talk about the people, India has set an example for “Unity In Diversity” despite being a multi religious country. People here respect and value each others religion and stand against the odds no matter what. Humanity is a factor that's innate among the people and are well known for the welcoming nature as we believe in the statement “Athithi Devo Bhava”. Whatever might be the situation, we as Indians make sure to treat our guest to the best!

On this auspicious occasion let's take pride in celebrating our country, in celebrating ourselves and celebrating the one's who gifted us the life, the freedom. Lastly, forever and always continue to proclaim that we are Indians and we take pride in telling that!!!!
