'Even though he was not my friend then, but when my family and I were going through a difficult time, he called us to ask how we were and what help was needed. His initiative made me emotional. They gave me a huge signing amount and later refused to take it back. So am I doing a film with him, the answer to this question right now is that our film will be made.' Farah Khan said this in an interview when a journalist asked a question about the rumors that she is doing a film with Rohit Shetty. Director, Choreographer, Producer Farah has often appeared in reality shows and makes advertisement films since her 2014 film Happy New Year. While born in 1974, Rohit Shetty is the famous face of the film industry, but this human aspect of him comes to the fore only when someone tells about it.

Such actions remind me of people who did such things not only for friends, acquaintances, but also for strangers. One such person is Police Sergeant Prakash Ghosh, while on duty on Gariaghat Road, near Ballygunge in Kolkata, in February 2021, he spoke to a mother and son living on the footpath. The woman had lost her husband and worked in the restaurant. She told that her child wanted to drop out of school as she could not concentrate on her studies. Then Prakash took charge of it. In the early morning, afternoon and during public holidays, when traffic is less, he started tutoring the woman's son, Akash Raut. Since there was no class for the last two years due to Kovid, Akash had almost forgotten everything. So Prakash started teaching numbers and alphabets from the beginning. They used to give homework to Akash and check the next day. He made the motorcycle a study desk. After all, Akash did not drop out of school and did so well that last month he was given a scholarship by a big media house in Kolkata.

Similarly, Sonia Jolly of Satna (MP) is going to help 110 girls. Born in New Delhi, Sonia was married 28 years ago in a business family. Earlier he gave ten thousand rupees to many people. Helped me to start my own business with small capital. Like grocery store or any other business in which they are good. Gradually he realized that many slum dwellers needed education and started helping children from economically backward areas of Satna. Today they have 110 girls from first to graduation. She reaches Sonia's house at 7 in the morning and goes to school and college after breakfast. Today, 12 teachers are associated with Upkar Hum Hain Society, an institution known as 'Upkar' of Sonia. They fill the gap in the education system and help the girl child with homework. The good thing is that many college schools give free admission to these girls, rich people donate  noble cause. During Shradh and after Navratri, many people have taken a pledge to feed these 110 girls.

The trick is that when you extend a helping hand to someone, either alone or together, not only is a 'star' ready to shine, but your heart a say, 'Hey, I have known this star ever since it...
