The University Grants Commission (UGC) is going to give a big gift to the students across the country. UGC plans to start a digital university by August 2023. Those who have passed 12th and professional people will be able to take advantage of this UGC Man Po. M. Jagdish Kumar told in a special conversation with the magazine that certificate hiloma and degree courses will be started in the digital university. Along with English, skill based courses will also be started in many regional languages.
